We understand bread is an important part of your menu. Our sales team makes sure you’ve got what you need to keep your customers happy. Bagels

Our bagels are hand formed and baked in our steam infused ovens. Bagel varieties include plain, cinnamon raisin, wheat, sesame, poppy, onion, garlic, everything, cranberry, blueberry, salt, cheddar and multi-grain.
Boules
Our handcrafted rustic round loaf shape is ideal for table bread and soup bowls. Available as a Paisano boule, Village boule and Sourdough boule. Our rosemary boule and bran molasses boule are available as special orders with advance notice.
Baguettes
All of our baguettes are hand formed, scored and baked in our hearth ovens or on vented baking pans for a crisp crust and delicious flavor. In addition to those pictured here, we offer a French baguette and a larger Paisano baguette. The “everything” baguette and wheat baguette are available as special orders with advance notice.
Deli Style Sub Rolls
Our freshly made Deli Style Sub Rolls are available as 6″, 8″ or 12″ packed six rolls per bag. Choose from either white or wheat.
Dinner Rolls
Village Bread & Bagels Banquet Round Rolls are available in white, wheat, rye & pumpernickel. Specialty rolls are available in French, onion, poppy and herb. Slider Rolls come in a 1/2 sheet (35 rolls.)

Gourmet Basket Loaves
These delicious breads are perfect for hearty oversized sandwiches. All of these loaves are available unsliced, 1/2″ slice and 3/4″ slice. The Gourmet Basket Loaf varieties include white, wheat, rye, marble rye, sourdough and multi-grain.

Hand Crafted Artisan Breads
A variety of traditional European breads are hand formed and baked in our hearth ovens: pane paisano, pane bello, paisano table bread, paisano boule, paisano loaf (6″ x 18″) and braided challah sourdough rounds. 

Hearth baked artisan versions of white, wheat, rye, marble rye sourdough and multi-grain are also available as special orders with advance notice.

Traditional European breads are hand formed and baked in our hearth ovens. Great for specialty sandwiches, they’re available as 5″ or 6″ rounds or hogie style. 

With advance notice, 6 x 18″ ciabatta is also available as a special order with advance notice.

Traditional Loaf Breads
Village Bread and Bagels flavorful loaves offer superior taste and presentation for sandwiches and toast. All of these loaves are available unsliced, 1/2″ slice and 3/4″ slice. Varieties include Village White, Village Wheat, Village Rye and marble rye. Available as special orders with advance notice is Village Pumpernickel, Jewish rye and sourdough. The Texas toast loaf is made with Village White dough and is available as a special order with advance notice.

Specialty Loaf Breads
Check with the sales staff as these specialty breads may require advance notice. Available in round top traditional loaf shape or artisan loaves. Quality ingredients and European flair are the key to these delicious unusual breads. Varieties include brioche, challah, cinnamon raisin challah, whole wheat farm, mockingbird, bran molasses and Russian (long or round.) Maximum order and delivery lead times are needed for jalapeño cheddar, sesame semolina, sun-dried tomato, potato dill, sunflower and rosemary.

Italian Style Sub Rolls
Italian Style Sub Rolls are scored and have a glossy finish. They are available as 7″, 9″ or 12″ packed six rolls per bag. Also available as a Cuban roll.

Sandwich Rolls
Swirl stamped kaisers are available as plain, corn dusted, sesame, onion topped, poppy, wheat and brioche. Minimum order and delivery lead times are needed for the following rolls: brioche smooth top kaiser, pepper kaiser horseradish and focaccia kaiser. Custom 4″ burger buns, plain or poppy hot dog buns and muffaletta w/sesame seed tops are available as special order rolls with advance notice.

Focaccia
